Are you affiliated with Church of Jesus Christ of

Latter-Day Saints, International Church of Christ or

Boston Movement?

No. These groups are quite different from us, and we

have no affiliation with them. In keeping with the Bible

pattern, we call ourselves the ‘Church of Christ’ just

as the early New Testament Christians did

in Romans 16.16.

If there are no affiliations who presides?

We are a non-institutional church of Christ having no denominational affiliation or earthly headquarters. We believe that God has revealed Himself fully to all people through His word, and everything we need to know about Him, and His will for us, can be found there (2 Peter 1.3).  We strive to not add our own ideas, practices, and traditions to what the Bible teaches, for God clearly is displeased with such tampering. (Revelation 22.18, 19; Galatians 1.6-9)

Do members assemble every Sunday?

Yes!  God designed His Church to be a family; a family that helps, loves and serves Him and one another. One of the best ways in which we can love God and our Christian family is by assembling together to study and worship Him. This is so important that God has specifically told us that He does not want us neglecting the assembling of ourselves together.  Instead we are to “consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds,” and “encourage one another” ( Hebrews 11.21-25)
